These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of The Bee Well Organic Co. website and to orders placed through our online store. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products, prices and orders

We take care to keep product descriptions, prices and availability accurate. Prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. An order is accepted when payment has been authorised and we have confirmed the order. We may contact you if we need to correct an obvious error or cannot fulfil an order.

Shipping

We provide delivery only and do not offer customer pickup. Orders are generally dispatched within one business day. Australia Post delivery is available to eligible PO Box addresses. Shipping to Western Australia is currently unavailable due to government restrictions. Local delivery eligibility is confirmed at checkout.

Food products and refunds

Our honey and bee products are food items. Please store and use them as directed on the product packaging. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or otherwise does not meet your consumer guarantees, contact us promptly at info@thebeewellorganiccompany.com.au so we can assess the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy available under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

Website use

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or use its content for unlawful purposes. Product images and written content belong to The Bee Well Organic Co. or its licensors and must not be reproduced without permission.
