Orders are prepared and posted within one business day. Weekend orders are posted on the next business day. Orders received before 10 am may be dispatched the same day, depending on order volumes.

Standard shipping is $11 AUD, with free shipping on orders of $110 AUD or more. Shipping to Western Australia is unavailable.

Local delivery is available to selected postcodes: $6 for orders under $50 AUD and free from $50 AUD. No customer pickup.

Change-of-mind refunds are not available for food products once dispatched. For an item damaged in transit or affected by a batch recall, contact info@thebeewellorganiccompany.com.au to discuss replacement or refund arrangements.
